Customers shop with the same brand in your stores, application and website; their balance and loyalty experience should maintain that relationship. MagicWallet connects a closed-loop customer account, usable within your defined brand network, to payment operations. Refund balances, gift balances and campaign points are tracked separately. As customers use balances on later purchases, your teams follow spending, rewards and adjustments from the same account history.

Offer customers a choice when refunding

Within the applicable refund flow, you can offer customers the option of receiving the amount as wallet balance. The selected refund connects to the original purchase; the amount credited to the wallet and its later use appear as separate movements. Customer service can investigate the refund's source and the purchase on which the balance was spent through the same account.

Connect loyalty to the payment flow

Define points, gifts or campaign balances linked to purchases. Earning and redemption rules apply at your brand's designated acceptance points. Keep monetary balances separate from points to show customers clearly what value they can use and where.

  • Record campaign rewards linked to purchases.
  • Track gifts, refund balances and points separately.
  • Connect refund adjustments to the original sale and campaign activity.

Split payments, one customer account

Customers can pay part of a purchase from available wallet balance and the rest by card. Each portion connects to the same sale; cancellations or refunds show which funding source is being adjusted. The same customer account works across designated stores, web and application channels. Balance screens and transaction histories provide a consistent relationship for teams and customers.

Connect your brand network in three steps

Combine the ready wallet structure with your own customer experience.

  • 1. Define customer accounts, valid sales locations and balance usage conditions.
  • 2. Connect loyalty, split payments and optional wallet refunds to the sales flow.
  • 3. Test spending and adjustment scenarios, then activate store and digital channels.

Who is it for?

Restaurant chains, multi-branch retail brands and membership-led businesses. Teams creating reusable balances and loyalty experiences within their own sales network work with a shared account rather than separate customer lists. Usage conditions and refund options are presented clearly to customers; authorized teams follow account activity.

MagicPay provides technical wallet and operational infrastructure. The legal scope of the balance and usage model is determined by the business model, contracts and applicable regulations. Defining a closed network does not, by itself, create an exemption from authorization requirements or other obligations.
