MagicPay service status

Service Status

Understand the scope of MagicPay's service status page. Until a verified monitoring source is connected, this page provides no live uptime or outage data.

Highlights

An approach that fits your needs

Consider business workflows, technical scope and operational requirements together.

01

Source

A live monitoring connection is pending.

02

Scope

Platform and provider health should be measured separately.

03

Privacy

Do not include sensitive payment information in support requests.

A verified live monitoring source has not yet been connected to this page. It therefore does not state that all systems are operational, publish an availability percentage or claim an outage-free history. Service and incident information can be defined here once production monitoring scope is complete.

What should service status show?

Components such as the gateway, notification processing and reporting need their own health measurements. One component being available does not establish that every bank or provider is healthy.

Investigating a transaction issue

An investigation can start with an order reference, timestamp and visible status. Do not share card numbers, verification codes or secret keys. The financial outcome at the provider must be checked separately.

What remains before publication

The monitoring source, incident update owner and component scope must be verified. This preparation page is excluded from search engine indexing and cannot be used as a live status dashboard.

Does this page show live status? +

No. A verified monitoring source is not yet connected, so live status and uptime data are not provided.

If the system is running, will every payment be approved? +
